Should we add both the flour ,rice and all purpose flour? Can we make it only with rice flour? Why should we add steamed flour also? Please reply.

Sorry for the late reply, You can if you like, but for this recipe i am adding all purpose flour and steamed flour to make the dosa soft., if you only add all purpose flour it would come little rubbery ... thank you take care
