I m 18yrs old and weight is around 53..I have pcos mam for the past one yr. As you said, reducing tummy is a very tedious process. I m doing kind of severe exercise. I can see difference in my face, arm, the fats are reducing but the tummy and thigh fat is not at all reducing. Hope I ll cure from pcos.

Reduce ur carb intake..carb needs insulin for metabolise...u already have insulin resistance.insulin resistance increases the leavel of testosterone.if u come out from insulin resistance, testosterone will also down..reduce carb, and intake of high gud fat and protein,doing regular exercise wlill definitely help u.
