did they ever explain if he had all those souls/blood to release during restraing level 0 at the end how was he so depleted at this point that he couldn't regenerate without integras blood?

He was bc (if 2001 got the dates right) he was locked away for over 20 years, it'd make sense for him to be blood starved, mean the manga has him rip a head off and drink said blood (like in 2001)
