$80K for an Integra. In 1993 my gf graduated from NYU and I spent a long weekend zipping around NYC in her brand-new Integra GS. That was the top Integra trim in 1993. I think it was $17K out the door, or about $36K today.

In nj im picking one up for 2200 over msrp. I normally wouldn't pay over but i do like the car. Toyota wanted 20k over on the mt supra, i walked out the door

Damn that's crazy. I thought dealer markups were insane here in Canada, but they are just as bad there. Between $15k-30k markups on cars which pushes them far outside of reasonable. That price tag makes it completely not worth buying. I wanted to buy an FL5 but local dealers are asking $90k for them and those are the ones listed as used! I'd hate to see what they ask for one brand new. Luckily the Type S locally seems to be unaffected by markups(for now), as I don't think Integra sales are very strong in my area to begin with so I might try and buy one of those.

No the carbon accessories and the copper wheels are all optional equipment. Unfortunately none of these come standard. The rims alone are worth over 2k. This has just about all the exterior accessories you can get equipped which adds up really quickly.

Man this car really is just for hardcore Acura fanboys. 52k is wild because after taxes you are inching towards 60k and with todays APR well.. youll be upside down instantly. I mean lets throw out dealership fees and taxes - 80k at 6% apr is 1325 a month and 96k total over 6 years.... wild. There is a reason they putting in a digital plate and tracking system lol. They dont plan on people getting to keep these.
