why i have a core i7 3770, GTX 1070, and i can't run it? they say because of Denuvo, it shouldn't run on Ivy Bridge processors... only on later CPUs

It seems like where it drops below 60 the cpu is not near 100% usage so I guess GPU is the issue there?

yes the GPU is running at 100% usage nearly all the time

What CPU cooler you are using? What GPU brand? I'm using Intel stock cooler in optiplex 7010 Zotac mini 1070 GPU temp 60-82 CPU temp 75-95
