Don't need to compare two CPU. Both are good. Saabka apna apna advantages hai. I have used both Intel, AMD. Currently have an intel 12700K in my main computer. But one thing I must say and you guys must support that AMD is more power efficient and make low heat. But intel is poor in this section. Similar product range me same cooling ke saath intel se AMD power efficient hai. Yeh tested hai. And Intel apna TJ max me bahot jaldi pahuj jata hai performance boost karne ke liye. Please note I am not talking about 8 year old AMD but recent ryzen generation. That AMD CEO Lisa Su has done some revolution to AMD cpus. So the actual words are "Power efficient" and "Less thermal" is applicable for AMD. (single word "efficient" is not appropriate. )

No problem with i3s. Especially on laptops as tdps are regulated. The problem starts with i5s and above on desktop when you are running intensive tasks. Still, the i3s will degrade albeit slowly as they are not designed for intense tasks.

Even Amd's igpu is 2-3× more powerful than intel Intel has very limited cpu upgradability. Intel's latest lga support only 3 generation and amd's old am4 lga socket (2024) still getting newer cpu's in 2024 can't even think what gonna happen with am5 Intel has manufacturing instability issue even the programs crashes due to this and it can't be fixed. ARM on Windows will fail again if Microsoft doesn't become strict and pushy with Developers of Windows Apps in building Universal Apps like which can run on Both Platforms which we can see on MacOS has. And most of the market of laptops are around 50K INR segment here in India. For instance even if a person wants to experience Macbook with ARM Processor they can experience with Air M1 and Air M2.
