This setup is also the most popular with low-buget gaming PC in VN right now. A part from GTX 950, we normally use 730, 750ti, 1050, 1050ti, etc. And this setup is definitely strong enough for playing most of low sys-required games such as LoL, WOT, WoWs, GTA, PUBG,... Generally 4 core xeon are a good chip for budget gaming for low and medium settings but might do a lot of bottlenecking to the gpu since its cores are slower than normal desktop cpu so always pair it with like a 750 ti,1050ti, or any other mid to lower end gpus since the bottleneck will still be manageable
