Mastering the basics is so crucial. I believe the reason high achievers can only just study 2 hours a day is that because they've been doing that for years and that their fundamentals are already established. In reality, most students (like myself) have not mastered their fundamentals which leads to a longer study time as you have to review your basics again.

Before studying 20-30sec visualise why u r studying... 3.stop multitasking: It will hamper ur flow state Focus on 1subject at a time Master active recall Practice All past paper exams Space out active recall 2hours deep work after morning routine... I have started to discipline my life 3 days ago. I have been waking up at 6am, taking cold showers, exercising, studying hard... I am in my final year(2nd year) of high school and I really wanna get into the best engineering institution(BUET) in our country Bangladesh... I have stopped jerking off and stopped scrolling. Everytime I feel any urge I close my eyes and imagine that David Goggins is watching me and I get my work done... Also, after finishing my daily goals, I don't get distracted by social media and adult content... I spend my time playing guitar and sometimes watch Goggin's podcast and read books... it's 8am now and I have started our toughest chapter of chemistry 2nd paper (organic chemistry)...

Active recall is very effective guys. I can vouch for it. During my college application and high school graduation exams I couldn't really sit still and study for more than an hour or two with focus. But when I started answering past questions, I found myself doing so much better in my struggling subjects like maths and physics and even chemistry

1. You need to like what you study, thus you will have some degree of performance; 2. You need to have a degree of background and inclination in the subjects to easily score maximum grades; 3. You should dedicate more of the time in repetition and deep learning, then again you will have better results. 4. Once you have more background and your mind starts to comprehend and retain faster, then you will study faster. 5. Enjoy study - very true, studying to work must be fun like playing game, doing something you like otherwise it's useless. Facultative, it's to put the study (theory), into practice and see how it develops you. I personally study all the time, when i don't necessarily do it for an exam, commitment is critical and avoiding procrastination, that will eventually build up a routine and passion for it.
