Richard Gorton it’s amazing how many workouts are possible with them. Here in the uk anything to do with exercise is sold out. You can even do leg extensions with them if you use a stool. I’m so pleased I managed to get some bands

Literally the best workout tool available. Extremely portable and after I use this. My triceps, biceps, chest, and shoulders are on fire. My muscles are more sore and pumped after using resistance bands than with iron weights. I use manual exercises for legs and abs though.

Just wanted to pass along my thanks- I'm a cross country trucker and developed an everyday workout based on your videos. Got plenty of time to kill out here and the gym isn't accessible, so I bought some heavy resistance bands and use my bunk as the anchor. Works great! I just can't do the push-ups in here because I'm too tall.

Man, it's been about 3 weeks that I've been following your workout videos; they're the best! I used to weight train a lot as a teen but stopped because of life in general. You might want to really nail arms and every body part by adding 7 pound "Jump Stretch Bands"(the micro mini's are listed as 10 pound, but they only hit 10 at 80" of stretch). Click on my green icon and expand to see DIY machines and overhead pulls several video's. In one my trainee and me both complete a 15 set arm curl concentration machine with the last set at 130 pounds each arm. In one vid i give a step by step how to to build exercise machines using bands, fitness suppliers(handles cloth or steel), the best band source, fasteners& carbingers, and my engineering expertise.

For 5 years i trained intensely in the gym. I wanted to compete and be a fitness model. But my mind was so unhealthy. At year 5 it stopped having any motivation at all. 1 year after stopping I have picked up 5 days a week again, but only for half an hour and i don’t even set foot in the gym. Everything is done at home with resistance bands and body weight. I have tried to go back to the gym and it triggers my old, exhausting mentality. Your 5 min workouts have really given me the confidence that I can build muscle at home without devoting 3 hours a day in the gym. Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
