Give this intense 5 minute at home tricep workout a try! You get a full tricep workout without having to leave your house. Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted tricep workout since it's bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. Your triceps will be feeling it the next day due to how effective this circuit is! 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

really working on it Christian! I'm trying to create one that doesn't require a pull up bar and it's definitely not easy but I have not forgotten and will come up with something eventually! just wanna make it a good one!

Mike.....I did this after a bicep workout (your body weight one) and omg.......I feel like my triceps and biceps just......exploded in size doing this for 2 months now...and every time it feels like when I first stared working out, it feels amazing to be sore again and gaining muscle❤️

@@rodrigog.m.3555 high intensity u should repeat it till ur muscle are really weak and yes it will improve i recommend do it 2x week but it is okay btw repeat it through whole day if only once a week

If you don't mind mind me saying..one of my friends started lifting young (your age) and he stopped growing. So I'll just say be careful and take the right advice as to what workouts you should do at your age. Cheers!

I was your age working out in a gym but I then quit at 15 and started calisthenics which showed more improvement and body muscularity. It’s better for the body and is a lot more better for your age and now I’m 16 and I’m ripped ngl

I've been using these videos for a long time now and it still works out for me. I've seen amazing results from just using these videos, I usually just add a few more sets or add weight once I get stronger. I can't thank you enough man..

Whenever I try to do push ups I always feel like my right hand is pushing it up while my left hand is slacking so I go into a weird position doing the push ups. Any tip?

really use the mind muscle connection and if you think you're uneven , put more mental focus on pushing up with the left to compensate

I had the same issue with bench presses for a while, just focus heavily on the motion of moving up, im sure you have fixed this by now

A great tip would be to use the chest press machine with close grip hand position to activate more triceps but with one arm at a time and work on building up the strength independently.

I've been doing this since 2017 and has gained a lot of tricep mass. I have tried different routines for triceps but this 5 minute intense workout has the best result for me.

I'm 14 and just started working out with these workouts. Would I expect some results by doing 2 sets of these triceps in the morning before school and a set of lower and middle abs after school? I'm definitely feeling the burn in the middle of the workout and am sore afterwards.

For the fourth one you should only lift your body while using your triceps, i was doing it wrong as well it shouldn't be easy. And the fifth one is not really a hard exercise but if you've done the first four correctly you should feel tired while doing fifth.

Don't use your obliques/abs muscles on the fourth. Use any bench to elevate your body for the fifth.

The 1st exercise is actually insanely difficult because you're pressing your whole body up with your triceps only. I have to end up pulling a little with my back but when you watch him do it you can tell he's doing it right or at least 90% right because his body rises symmetrically; he pushes equally with both arms. When I end up using my back I kind of prop myself on one arm before doing the rest. I think it might be better to start off doing the 1st one on your knees actually to isolate the triceps if you can't push your body up with triceps alone. Basically, Mike's triceps are insane because it looks like he is literally bringing his entire body up only with his triceps.

Hello, I just found this channel, I'm pretty in shape (good health slim shape and run/jog/walk everyday) but I never worked out before. I've been doing tricep and the back today, but these exercice are really hard, especially the tricep ones so I started on knees. is this good to start working out or I should be doing something else first ? I just finished this tricep workout and it feels like those are gonna pop outta my arms haha Thanks!

Brutal workout. Perfect, other than when you said to start with your weaker arm for the body extensions. I was so gassed from the iso hold, that it was better to start with my stronger arm & give my weaker arm a rest. Was then able to hit the weaker arm harder because it had a 30-second break. . . . Thanks for all the workouts, I appreciate you!

I would recommend to every beginner NOT to start with that workout BUT instead try to build up their strength with easier workouts AND then to try this intense workout

it's going to be very hard to do pushing movements if you can't put pressure on your hands... until that heals maybe you should focus on core and leg work .. other than that you can try to utilize exercises you can maybe use your forearms to stability instead

I do these and a chest video workout every Monday. The rest of the week is divided up into videos to benefit the rest of my body. I like this on for triceps because tricep is a big muscle. The best tricep workout I've done is a skulcrusher up downs.. 25 of them I call them updowns vecause idk what to call them. It's 3 different levels of skull crushers. Just do 5 each level down then back up. On anything really. Just find 3 different heights. U can move forward and back to increase how hard it is. Good stuff

"Inner handed push ups" will destroy your wrists and elbows...in a bad way. Skip that one, but some of the other exercises are great.
