It’s not about what you can do at the beginning, it’s what can you maintain at the end.
What can you sustain while you’re tired, hurt, sick, angry, sad, WTF can you do when you want to quit?
Most people train to quit, read that again.
They go into everything with the mindset that when it gets hard, they’re gonna quit, & immediately begin coming up with reasons to support why it’s ok to lay down.
You’re either going to win or you’re going to quit before you do.
100 deadlifts (225 lbs) in 12 minutes
50 sit up twists
Rest 3 minutes
100 thrusters (65 lbs) in 6 minutes
50 sit up twists
Rest 3 minutes
10 push ups
Rest 15 seconds
Repeat until you can’t do 10 push ups
