That’s actually true, if u have belly fat, under it you have abs, u just gotta lose the fat, that’s why you have to burn the fat off before you strengthen those abs. Cuz if u do those before burning off fat, u won’t see a difference because ur trying to lose fat but ur working out for ur abs.

@@elinemargotshorts1279 No with anorexia but yeah, I think so. I have all the symptoms of binge eating what's a eating disorder even though pretty different from anorexia. But I haven't got any help now. In reality I'm quite scared and I think I should tell my mum that I am worried about it but... I'm scared and ashamed. And also good luck in you journey and sure everything is going to be fine.

i agree with the previous comment, going vegan also helped me a lot. but the most important thing is so eat until you're full! cos if you leave the dinner table still hungry, you're gonna get cravings during the day. so make sure you eat enough! especially slow sugars (such as rice for example) if you're craving sweets!

I’m gonna do this everyday for a week! I’ll give updates! Edit: Day one~ The workout was pretty easy! I felt more of a workout in my arms than my waist or abs. That’s okay though because it’s only the first day! Day 2~ No change, really, but I am starting to feel my abs tighten up while I’m doing the workouts. Still killer for my arms. Other than that, no change. Still gonna keep going though! Day 3~ It was significantly easy and I’ve started to feel my stomach is a little smaller in the morning than usual. I’m feeling more confident with myself!! Day 4~ The same as usual but I feel stronger in my arms! No change, but I feel more confident! Day 5~ Today was such a good day! The workout made me feel really good, and I’m starting to see a little difference in my abs and arms! Day 6~ Same as day 5 Day 7~ Same as day 6 Honestly there wasn’t much of a change, BUT you shouldn’t expect to get abs in a week by doing just this one workout and nothing else. I do play a sport and I practice it for two hours everyday along with this and her Kendall Jenner ab workout, and I will say I am getting slimmer in the ab area, but I have a flat stomach anyway so this workout wasn’t really gonna do much for me except help me form abs. I will say my abs are tighter and that’s great! I will continue to do this everyday, and I may post an update here or there every once in a while, but not everyday. Overall, I recommend this workout, but she has better ones (I really love her Kendall Jenner ab workout and her thigh gap workout). And hey, if you’re even attempting at doing this then you’re already one step closer to getting abs! Believe in yourself! I feel way more confident after I do her workouts!

IM GOING TO BEGIN THIS WORKOUT AND ONLY THIS WORKOUT FOR A WEEK AND ILL TELL YOU GUYS THE RESULTS SO LETS BEGIN c: Day 1 : I was able to power threw it wasnt really hard as i thought maybe because i didnt do some exercises the right way but my thigh and lower stomach feel kinda sore Day 15: Omg guys my waist is snatched and i dont clearly have abs but i dont have a stomach like how i used to! ( I did this workout in the morning and at night, and sometimes i would also do it in the evening if i dont have anything to do! i also drink LOTS of water! a roughly 5-6 medium water bottles and i see a huge change! I really think you guys should try this workout out!

Stan Jino hello! No i have stopped and moved on to another workout but this workout helps the entire body but mostly the stomach. I did this for a full month or even more it made my waist and stomach smaller and pinched in. Also my hips and bottom have gotten abit more wider and bigger in general! Id totally recommend this workout.

I’ve always a had really bad body confidence even though I know I’m skinny. I feel like anytime I gain just a single pound I start to feel so insecure. I found your account through someone on tik tok and I’m so happy I did. I’m only on my second day of owing your workouts but I’m all ready seeing a difference and I’m so happy. I do two of your ab workouts and one butt workout and I feel amazing. I love working out and exercise (I know it’s kinda weird lol) and your workouts are pretty challenging when I’m doing all at once. I start with a butt workout and do two ab workouts and let me tell you, it’s a LOT of work but you feel so amazing after working out. It’s so worth it. You feel so much more co fife to and happier by exercise than watching all your calories and barely eating or even not eating at all. It creates a more Healthy body image.

So I haven’t been doing my ab workouts recently, I’m 14 and have an hourglass figure (tiny waist, and my hips and chest are way bigger, moreso my hips than my chest) but I want to get defined abs (I’ve always had a few lines on my chest, never done anything to get it like that but it just has been, but they’ve never been crazy defined) and thinner thighs. I’m going to be doing this and a few other workouts for a few weeks, I currently weight around 123-125lbs and my goal weight is around 115-117lbs or even less. I’ll keep this updated, add the other workouts I do, and put what I eat each day on here. I’m also trying to work on fixing my diet so I’m tracking this to see improvement. 10/1/19- First day of this, I weighed myself before starting to workout and weighed 125.2lbs. I’m 14 and 5’4 to 5’5ish and though I know that’s a good weight for me I’m very self conscious about my thighs and want to get down to about 115. I have a relatively hourglass shape, (big thighs and hips, tiny waist with faint ab lines, big chest but it’s not as big as my thighs) Workout was super hard, probably because I just did her arm workout so my arms hurt but still, I wasn’t even able to complete this. Breakfast: Nothing, we ran out of milk and I usually just grab a bowl of cereal or something that includes milk so I didn’t have many options (my bus comes at 6:25 and I get up at 5:30 so not able to go out and buy anything). Lunch: a Sparkling ICE and 6 oreos from my school cafeteria. (Bad school food so I settle for that instead) Snack: I usually don’t have one but I stayed after school pretty late so I got a small bag of Sour Cream and Onion Lays, another 6 Oreos and a Pepsi. (School snack line) Dinner: Half a Chipotle burrito and some Lipton black tea (two spoons of sugar) 10/2/19- 10/3/19- Day 3, Did not do workouts, I usually do them before showers so I don’t stink but I took my shower really early today and didn’t want to stink when I go to school tomorrow so didn’t do them :( Weight: 123.4 Breakfast: donut and diet pepsi (running late for school and grabbed food from there) Lunch: Sparkling ICE, Sour Cream and Onion Lays and 6 Oreos Dinner: Cilantro-Rice with Beans Desert- Dippin’ Dots at my church (thursday service for high schoolers) 10/4/19- Day 4, got my phone taken away so I didn’t do workouts but here’s the data of my meal and weight and stuff. Weight: ??? Breakfast: Oatmeal, also grabbed 6 Oreos when I got to school Lunch: a Sparkling ICE and Sour Cream and Onion Lays Dinner: I’m forgetting but I will update. 10/5/19- 5th day, YET AGAIN I was an idiot and forgot to do the workouts, I was at the mall all day (over 11,000 steps lol my usual is 6,000 or 7,000) so I kiiiinda get an excuse but still. Weight: ??? Breakfast: Hot Chocolate and Pumpkin Bread from Starbucks Lunch: Burrito (white rice, black beans, chicken, and tomatoes), chips, and a Clementine Izze from Chipotle. Dinner: nothing (the chipotle left me super full) 10/6/19- okay DAY 6 and I’m finally back at it. Ha no tricked ya guess who ran out of timeeee Weight: 125.8 (oof my weight shot up again) Breakfast: Kinche (Ethiopian food I don’t know if I spelled it right, basically just cracked wheat) Lunch: HALF a burrito from Chipotle and some chips (shared with my mom) Snack: An apple cider donut from this amazing place in our town, they have the literal BEST apple cider donuts Dinner: nothing (was too full still) 10/7/19- Day 7! Probably the easiest of all my workouts, especially because I took a break between this and the arms, but I didn’t feel as much of a burn and didn’t have to push myself too hard. Only 2 more to go! Weight: 126 Breakfast: two of the apple cider donuts from yesterday (those are literally my kryptonite plus I woke up starving since I didn’t eat dinner last night) Lunch: Sour Cream and Onion Lays + a diet pepsi Snack: I went for a walk down to Dunkin Donuts (Literally around the corner from my house) and got a chocolate donut with sprinkles) Dinner: other half of the Chipotle burrito from yesterday.

Okay I will do this twice a day for a week, and ACTUALLY do it. I be out here looking for this so I'm going to do it. I'm also not going to eat differantly. Waist before: 28 in (I measured where my belly button is) Day 1: kinda sore the leg raises were the hardest for me Day 2: the leg raises were still the hardest idk why but it felt good, also my arms were sore I also dont know why Day 3: Okay be proud of me, third day straight! I felt it the second time so much more than earlier this week but it is not bad. No noticable differences but it is day 3 soo... Day 4: Okay today was the same as yesterday but I was sore from yesterday so I guess that's a good thing. My stomach looks a little smaller, if this is helping y'all I will do it for two weeks instead of one Day 5: The workout is getting easier and there is definitely more definition in my upper abs but I still have some lower belly fat even though it is a little smaller. I think I will do this for two weeks if y'all like me doing this. Day 6: the workout was actually kinda hard today I have also eaten like crap today and I feel bad but whatever. (1st day) It Burned, i guess that’s good. obviously no changes (2nd day) It wasn’t as bad. not really any changes. tried to cut out unhealthy foods. Yes I did get abs, it wasn’t anything crazy like I didn’t have a six pack but I did have pretty defined obliques (keep in mind I was already pretty fit but my stomach wasn’t defined that much)! I stopped doing them because it was summer and I was doing track workouts. But now I am doing Pamela Reifs workouts and I think that one is more intense

Yes guys we doing it starting tomorrow, tysm Gabby ily❤️ I've been on a fitness journey for the last year now, and it's been great. Gabby's the one who's helped me through it. I lost about 15 lbs last summer from some of her workouts, from 145 to 130, and it's made me feel amazing. Now I seek to go even further. I'm 13, 5'3.5", and about 133 lbs. My goal is to drop to about 120 lbs and tone the portions of my body where I have more fat. I do not have a flat stomach, but I do have some lines because I have strong abdominals. I also have some back and arm fat that I'd like to tone. My calves are very skinny, but my thighs are a little thicker because I have booty. I haven't been able to work out nearly as much as I'd like to have in the last month or so, because I've been sick so often. Also, I do play volleyball, but my rec season is almost over, so I only have practice for 1.5 hours on Tuesday and a tournament on Friday 3/22 lasting 2.25 hours. I won't start a new training session for another couple of weeks after that. I'll be recording my workouts and any other exercise I may end up doing each day! Also, every day, I'll do the Japanese breathing technique for weight loss for about 5 minutes. I’m going to try and do a update everyday for the people who wants know how the results turn out! Btw I have been doing ab workouts before but I’m not really consistent so this will be motivation for me and possibly anyone following this Day 1: I did the workout twice, I didn’t really feel any major burning or pains except the first time I did the workout I felt a little bit of pain in my upper thighs. In all the workout was very easy and quick!

im gonna do this everday for a month! day 1: It actually wasn't that hard but I do feel really warmed up and I think that you should really do this workout. day 2: I am really sore today because I had dance last night and because of the workout but I feel great and I really love this workout.

I'm going to try this for 1 weeks I will update everyday. BTW I'm going to be doing it twice a day (Morning and evening but today I only did it once since it's already the evening). 2/21/19 (day 1) : I felt great after doing the workout, of course theres going to be no difference today but hopefully by the end of the week. If I see a difference at the end of the week I will keep updating for another week. 2/22/19 (day 2) : Did the workout two times today while eating healthy, don’t see any changes yet but I feel the burn during the workout so I guess it’s working. I’ll update tomorrow 2/23/19 (day 3) : I only did the workout once today because I went running in the morning and I was exhausted but I think I’m starting to see a little difference. 2/24/18 (day 4) : Skipped today because I went swimming and it drained my energy for the rest of the day.
