+Ryan Rodriguez Backround: During the Egyptian campaign, Napoleon decides to ally himself with the Ottomans rather than fighting them in Syria. So, Cairo falls in early 1801, and the Ottomans prevent Horatio Nelson from destroying French ships from Cyprus. After viewing how well the Egyptian campaign went, Napoleon's superiors urged to go to war for a colonial possession of France's enemies, just for a matter of prestige. Napoleon urges to invade Portugese Mozambique, with some help from the Ottomans, being that Portugal was a weak nation at the time. France agrees, and on December 22, 1801; France invades Maputo, while the Ottomans invade Beira. Both invasions are successful, and the assault moves to the North. Threatened, the Prussians (Who in this seperate timeline, had already colonized present day Tanzania) offer their assistance to Portugal in preventing an attack. Napoleon's Franco/Ottoman forces meet the Prussians for the first time at Lake Niassa. Napoleon orders to attack them on May 17, 1803. Napoleon is victorius, and proceeds to charge head on against the Prussians. All of Mozambique and Tanzania are annexed by France on Christmas day, 1805. My battles play out all the same. Part 1. I have no clue how to setup my troops Part 2. I move my soldiers forward to spots that might be useful part 3. The enemy comes out of nowhere and keeps all my soldiers in melee part 4. Our men are running! Our Men are running! A general is down! Our men are running!
