I joined the gym 4 months ago, And I am following your exercise video from the last 2 days. One hand dumbell row jse btaya aaj usse kia ab jaakr feel hua ki shi horha h. Wrna hmesa ye mujhe shoulder pr pain hota tha. Workout ke saath form v btate ho wo bht shi h!!! Thank you❤️

Workout बोहोत अच्छा था राजवीर भाय पूरे साल भर के लिए आपको फॉलो करूँगा डेफिनेटली फिलहाल का वेट् 113 kg है 3 साल वर्कआऊट किया है लेकिन कोरोना की वजह से बेडा गर्क होगया 13 kg वेट् बढगया

Rajveer bhai mai aapki har video dekhta hu.or aapke jo samjane ka tarikaa hai mujhe bht psand.mai bhi aaj se 4 saal pehle athletic krta tha meri game running thi.tab maine apna wait 95 se 60 kg kiyaa tha lekin aaj ki date me mai firse 95 ka hu.mai b bhai aapki taran haar nhi manta hu.maine is monday se running to shuru kr di hai or nxt monday se aapki workout series shuru karuga.🙏🙏🙏maine aaj tak kisi ko nhi bola lekin love u bhai dill se aapko pyaar or respect.i am from Amritsar 😊😊
