I agree to all of your points, just the cardio part, if you’ll do that daily, you will probably lose your muscles. I agree, if you’re cutting, you’ll lose both fat and muscles cells, but it took you long enough to gain those muscles, so just try not to burn them too by doing a lot of cardio. Anyways, your videos are so inspiring. Thank you Sir

Bro you doing amazing job. This knowledge sharing with everyone is awesome. Keep doing and keep motivating us. I started your workout with chest workout from yesterday and honestly I felt the difference, I felt the failure, I've been working out regularly from last one year now and have achieved some strength but was never like this that I could not lift weight for another rep which happened yesterday. Doing 4 sets of every exercise till failure is very difficult specially when you have to lift again for next set. But I hope we get the results at the end of this series.
