This Intense and dynamic, power yoga flow is a total body workout without putting any weight in the hands or wrists! Expect to sweat, shake and hopefully have a laugh and be playful at the same time.
In this sequence we have fun exploring:
✅ Preparing and building toward elegant backbend Dancer's Pose
✅ Intense hip, butt and thigh strengthening, toning, and stretching
✅ Fire up the deep core and get your abs burning
✅ Work towards single leg squats
✅ Strengthen shoulders with forearm planks and dolphin pose (optional, if you have elbow or shoulder injuries I offer modifications).
✅ For me, yoga is absolutely not about weight loss or torching belly fat, but that is an inevitable byproduct with a sequence like this*
*For the record, yoga to me is about freedom, peace, and inner strength. It's about feeling at home and fabulous in the skin you're in whatever your shape, skin tone, gender expression, or physical limitation).
This sequence is definitely not suitable for beginners though!
