Hello James❤😊 I just discovered your morning mandala yoga! I am 6 months recovering from a broken ankle and wanting to get back on my feet. I found this practice to be best warm up for my whole body. It made my leg workout much better! Thank you and God bless you and all your endeavors❣️ 🙏🏽❣️🙏🏽

I love the integration of yoga and tai chi/qigong. Yoga is healing and I feel that tai chi/qigong is more intentional healing. Putting them together brings the movement and healing that I love together. Namaste 🙏🏻

Another morning with Kru James (in Thai, we call teachers or instructors "Kru") I love this flow‼️Easy on my wrists, because I had a wrist surgery a few months ago, and it warms the body up. This is perfect for a morning practice. 👍🏻

Blessings and so much gratitude James! This morning I asked for someone who could offer a beautiful practise without the wrist weight, as I can no longer put my body on them after 20 years of yoga and work injury😢 and then here you are. Calm, knowledgeable, funny and lovely, felt like 5 minutes, but also got me wobbling which is awesome. Thankyou for getting me back on my mat. Happy tears and hugs from New Zealand. ❤🎉

I have shoulder issues and now carpal tunnel too so I need yoga practices like this one. I have to say that very quickly you became my favorite and I keep coming back again and again. Please record more hands free practices like this one, absolutely love it!!!

In the midst of a really tough time, I’ve been trying to practice yoga every morning to make space for myself and my well-being, and this morning I woke up just not bloody wanting to. But your practices are so light and playful that I put on this video and I feel so grateful that I did. Thank you for giving me the push to continue onwards right now. In the past I have struggled to get in the mood for morning exercise but as finding time in the afternoons after work is also proving challenging, I made a deal with myself this morning to just tumble out of bed and onto my mat regardless. And what a reward - I had a stunning fiery rising sun to reach for! This practice was the perfect amount of deep soothing stretching and heating up on a cold Tasmanian morning and I know this peaceful glow will stay with me through my day. Thank you so much for all you are and do. I hope your day is lovely too.

Brilliant for hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulder issues. I find that this flow opens and relaxes the hips. Thanks for your calm manner and relaxing voice. Works well if you do not have the space or a mat to hand.

I absolutely love your yoga flows, but more than that I love the positive energy and love I can feel from you as we practice together. I thought I would never be able to practice yoga because I can't put any weight on my hands/wrists due to juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (which was diagnosed when I was 9). But because of you, this means of connecting my body with the cosmos has come open to me. Thank you! I hope that you continue to create new wrist-free flows - please know that you are making a positive impact on the world through your amazing energy!!!

Your videos work well for shoulder/neck rehab as well because the wrists feed directly into that space. I’ve been doing your videos almost every morning for the past year and have become incredibly strong while reducing headaches. Thank you!

I came to youtube this morning in search of a practice that met quite a few checkpoints... 30 minutes, check! A Tai Chi / QiGong / Yoga blend, check?!! Ease on the upper extremity joints, check! I loved this practice, thank you James! Perfect for the morning. I hadn’t done it before for some reason, even though I’ve done many of the others probably hundreds of times by now! I’d love to see more 30-40 min morning practices by the way, sometimes that length is best if I don’t have a full hour.🙏

I can‘t believe how cool this was! So refreshly different from the standard Yoga videos you can find on KZbin! And so much fun :) Have managed to practice daily for 14 days, but my wrists don‘t feel it everyday :D so now I guess I‘m returning to your videos regularly - thanks for this positive morning practice!
