Is this the strongest wrist free power yoga practice yet? If you want to work hard, challenge your limits, and grow your strength this flow is you. Lots of options are offered in the poses:
✅ No weight bearing in the hands or wrists
✅ No weight bearing in the arms at all
In this fun, lighthearted, but seriously strong flow we’ll work on:
✅ Leg strength in standing balances
✅ Standing splits
✅ Split squats (options to work on pistol squats)
✅ Progressions of standing poses and balances with binds (catching hands behind the legs)
✅ Closing hip stretches and cool down
✅ Well deserved shavasana
NOT Suitable for beginners. Suitable for:
- Wrist injury
- Elbow injury
- Hand injury
- Shoulder injury*
* if you have frozen shoulder or can’t lift your arms over head please adapt the arm positions in a way that doesn’t cause you pain or discomfort
