James, I appreciate your wrist free classes so much! I'm recovering from whiplash and it's been so hard to keep my practice without using my arms to support me. Lovely practice, great for getting my yoga in while I'm healing from a hand injury. Love the mandala creativity -- sometimes mandala practices can feel boringly repetitive, but this one kept the creative juices flowing.

This is my first practice of yours I watched and I am 100% subscribing!! I started yoga about a year ago, after I made a vow to myself to live a healthier lifestyle. Yoga has changed my life in so many ways, in such a short time! I have lost over 45 lbs, and I was just getting to the point where I could start to see myself getting toned (not just thinner). Then, out of nowhere, my wrist started to bother me. I'm not sure if I injured it while unintentionally moving incorrectly in other yoga videos, or if it was arthritis from working in finances, or an old injury that decided to show itself again... either way, the discomfort led me to practice less and less. There aren't many options for wrist free yoga practices online. With the exception of a few (and yours,) the wrist free practices seem to be the same 3 to 4 moves in different combinations and repetitions for 45 minutes. I was starting to feel discouraged. Then I moved with James, and I have hope again! Thank you for helping to supply tools that can help me continue on my personal transformation! 🎉

I found this practice from James 4 years ago after I had broken both wrists and was in a recovery mode. Then, I found this an inviting and welcome way for me to remain strong and balanced without using my hands. Now, with healed wrists but osteoporosis in a hip and lower spine, I return to this practice and find the pace and James’s wonderful insights quite beautiful. It is a practice for life and wellbeing. I am grateful to James for having created it. ❤😊
