For all those who want to be a SM, this is no simple role. You are fully responsible for delivering Value to your stakeholders, providing the best engineered product using best practices, while keeping your team happy. This is not some cheap administrative assistant job. You are in here to coach the team and management on Agile Principles and scrum values which is no easy task. In order to protect the team you should be ready to take punches. And I cannot stress enough on stakeholder management. Passing certification exams is only the beginning. Good luck.

Yes, true!! Scrum Master needs to work as a coach to keep team motivated help to become self-organized with each Sprint.
