I dont often comment on KZbin vidoes, but this is a billion dollar idea and I really hope to see more of this whether in form of a video or a game, also really good choice of music for this type of thing. 100% would buy this and use 24/7 :) PS a Southpaw here so I really appreciate the extra work for us lefties ;)

I completely agree with peter, I would prefer it to be free but I can imagine you getting a lot of views from this. There is a music rhythm co-ordination game called osu! That I immediately thought of when I saw this. I've been waiting for someone to do this with striking. The only thing I struggled with was trying to maintain the habbit of pulling my hands back in to guard after a punch (excluding when doubles) which I kind of rely on for protection at the moment as my footwork is lacking :D Thanks for the awesome content! :)

I've been doing martial arts here and there for a few years now but within the past 3 have gotten more and more into boxing and kickboxing specifically. That being said, I've been boppin' around KZbin looking for how-tos and padwork drills and came across your work and your channel, by far, is some of the best work I've seen being put out on KZbin. I cannot stress enough how innovative and helpful this is! Keep up the great work, man!

THIS ... is I N C R E D I B L E ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Thanks man. Weekends, when we don't train at the gym, I usually just do medium bag work (only bag I have at home), skip rope and shadow box. I love having found this. On the TV, amp and subs pumping, 'having' someone to train with.

Wow this is cutting edge. I first subscribed because of your focus on the human side of boxing and understanding of how the mind works in relation to training more effectively, factors influencing motivation, psychological hurdles etc... But now that I've viewed the majority of your videos, every last detail is done perfectly (if I may be given the privilege to judge). Even how you market your side projects is humble and helpful rather than greedy and pushy. I have probably commented 5 times in the 8+ years that I have been using KZbin. So for what it's worth, hopefully you read this and realize how much I appreciate the material you have uploaded- it really helped me connect with the sport and get the individualized attention that isn't very practical for an instructor to give face-to-face. THANK YOU ! : )

Great idea man...this is why I like to listen to music on the heavy bag. Best workouts I have is with music with a lot of rhythm changes...sounds hard but if you know the song you get a lot more out of it. In sparring nowadays I hum songs in my head occasionally when I'm relaxed and that's when I usually do best.

I feel very grateful for this invaluable tool for training, and I fully agree about mr. Horseshoe's comment on the value of this video. I have followed your presentations and I know how good they are because I used to practice amateur boxing. Unfortunately, doctor has forbidden for me to boxing - to avoid the hiting in the face, for I was operated on both eyes- but this video allows me to a non-contact approach in motion, since I don't have a partner who could help me with sparring. Again, thank's.
