I noticed that the Realtors use all the adjectives you mentioned to describe the property they are selling, (Pristine condition) vibrant town, or tranquil lake close by , walkable etc. This is why it is good to read the REal Estate Ad offering homes for sale even if you are not going to buy anything. I do not know why I am watching your videos because at this stage of my life do not need to increase my vocabulary but I love your English pronunciation . It is music to my ears. I am an 83 yo lady watching KZbin in English and Spanish and making comments is my favorite pastime. I am giving you a like for a well done job of teaching English. Keep up the good work .
