For the shulker box I would reccomend a trapdoor that you fold down so it just looks like a box in a corner and some redstone hidden to reset the trap door as you fall thru.

I also like the vertical version of the elytra-clip, just by walking up to the block and throwing an enderpearl at your feet, you can walk through any "transparent block" or "non-solid block", like walls, fences, glass, chests, leaves, (composters...work partially), etc... pretty useful if you want a secret subsection of a normal base, you just have a wall that happens to go next to a mountain or the side of a house or something, and boom (with a house, you'd prolly have a narrow stairway downstairs, to not make people suspicious why half the house is inaccessible)
