This QUICK Intermediate CORE Workout for Climbers will build off basic core workouts. We are hitting ALL 3 plains of motion ( Sagittal, Frontal & Transverse) which is essential for building deep core strength and better control when climbing.
3 Exercises:
TRX Side Plank with Hip Dip Left & Right
TRX Resisted Rotation Left & Right
TRX Oblique crunch
30 sends of workout 15 seconds of rest
3-4 Rounds.
