I'm still quite restricted in my lower body, so during Parsva Upavistha Konasana, I'm unable to reach my foot. Is it okay if I hold onto the calf instead?

Hi Emmanuelle, yes of course. If you can use some sort of belt, strap or rope, use around each foot. As you hold and pull you will gain access to lifting your trunk as well as access to legs. See how you go. 🙏🏻
