nice well rounded Pilates short workout. Pilates is really amazing, even simple exercises like this give you a workout you can feel, and feel great after.

I've done this one about a dozen times, great short core stabilization series. I can usually do about 30% more reps as you transition between exercises. Great for lower back health!

Man I tried to do this workout after 2 months of the beginner workout and I couldn't finish it. The pace was a bit too quick for me but I definitely felt it 6 minutes in. Wish there was an in-between phase from beginner and intermediate. Thanks for this Sean!

I was 1 year with the beginners one 😅 Then I began to try the intermediate and just do the best I can, and going back to the beginners one. Patience is the key!!! 😊🙏🏽✨

Do you know of any exercises for your feet? I happen to have very flat feet I can nearly see the curve arc on them and it's sometimes painful when I'm on my feet for a very long time, I'm 21 195lb. Is this normal? Can excercises help to get some arcs on my feet?

I'm told a lot of its diet but 20% of it is workout

These exercises will strengthen and build flexibility in your core and body but to lose weight you have to be in a caloric deficit. Look into HIIT for maximum calorie burning too. Sean #pilatesformen
