I'm still working with your beginner workout set. I'll start on the one in this video in 4 - 6 weeks. I like to really "soak the movements into my bones" before moving on. Your detailed instruction and demonstration provides a lot of subtle nuances. I want to convert the "fine points" from "knowing" into body feel. Thanks for all you do.

Thank you for these great follow along videos. I’m new to animal flow and it’s intimidating with all the moves and different levels of skill. I’m just now adding it to my workout routine. I’m just starting with basic moves but your follow along routines are something I’m striving to get to.
@B-raddDaily Жыл бұрын
I don’t know of you have any control over the adds during your follow along videos but it’s very distracting. So far YT has put five 5 min long adds during this video.
@smoovmoves Жыл бұрын
Thanks so much for watching and giving this work a go! I'll be posting another follow along next month to keep the progress going.

And that's super annoying! I currently am not a youtube partner so no control over ads (to my knowledge, although doing some research) but getting close so I should be able to reduce the ads soon. Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention, definitely not the experience I want to be putting out there.
@B-raddDaily Жыл бұрын
@@smoovmoves Thank you. I’ll be working on the basics and adding this follow along video into my program and hopefully next month I’ll be able to keep up. 👍🏻
@B-raddDaily Жыл бұрын
@@smoovmoves yes the adds are annoying but I understand as a YT content maker it definitely helps in the wallet. Only if YT would let you control the length of the adds, especially in a follow along video, like say 15 or 30 seconds per add break. . But 5 minutes is freaking annoying. But I’ll still watch and add your videos to my practice. Get your view time up. 👍🏻
