Perfect, thank you! 👍🏻🙂 Must admit I went down for couple of seconds in the last crawl, but I did some extra crawling afterwards to compensate.🙂 Overall I am quite pleased with myself, I was in terrible shape last autumn/winter, and I see huge improvement - this routine would be close to torture, then - and now it is challenging enough, but great fun.❤

Guilty of skipping animal flow over the summer, was doing a lot of cycling. Then the upper body asked for load, started doing pull ups and now I'm back :) I must say after doing pull ups for a few weeks, animal flow has become more flowy
