These guided stretching and relaxation are awesome. I feel great after them, my feet are finally warm again 😁

We have a huge number more on our site, above, and they are all free. Many were recorded in Asian Buddhist monasteries when Kit was teaching there (you can hear a monkey troupe in some of them!). Our plan is to keep these free, because this is what the world needs now. Thanks for commenting.

Hi I am stuck, I can't get past 140 degrees side splits, I start stretching around 90 degrees and increase to 140 and that's it, I have been here for over a year now what can I do ?

Go to our free forums and search there. This is an intermediate class, and side splits is an advanced practise. Go to kitlaughlin.com/forums/ and search on "side splits", "Chinese splits" and "middle splits".

Hi there. On my left foot is SK; this is the initials of Suu Kyi, the name of our treasured lilac Burmese cat, who died at age 17 a few years ago. On the top of my right foot is a line drawing of a photograph of Suu Kyi in the 'full drape' position. Cheers, Olivia
