Thanks for sharing. Keep up the good effort. I have been doing keto/IF for eight years. I enjoy a primarily plant-based keto lifestyle along with 18:6 intermittent fasting daily. I like the mental clarity, high energy, reduced inflammation and appetite suppressant attributes. I have two well balanced meals daily over six hours. I have a basic list of items delivered from Whole Foods twice a month. I avoid starches, grains, sugar, soy, refined carbs, GMO's and processed foods. I keep it simple so I do not have to over think it. Keep sharing. Cheers!

Ayesha Mehmood it's months. if you're going for days, you can probably try the extreme fasting in you tube.but not advisable since it's not sustainable

@@zeinteovertedvirgo how do you get the time right like do you count the hour or the house behind like the same as work hours like if your scheduled for let's say 4:00-10:00 for work hours you would count 5,6,7,8,9,10 not the 4 but i know in some cases you do count the 4 so to count the 16 hours will it be 10 pm or counting 9pm then 10 like the night before the next day it starts so most of the fasting can be done in my sleep dose that makes sense lol i feel like it doesn't but i have school my lunch is at 2 pm well technically 1:46 but i don't get to lunch till 2 because of the long line and crowded traffic in the hall so how would I count that so i can eat at that time but also it could be like at 5 because sometimes i don't eat lunch so i don't know can you help? I also walk around 6,000-7,000 steps a day so would that be fine for my body if it's done for a month? Or would that kinda be over stepping since i saw that people would mostly work out like once a week but that's just from walking around in school sometimes if i walk back and fourth because i still get lost in school i get around 8,000 steps

@@nataly_v1746 depends on the hours that you're following.like if you want to do 16/8 which would be fasting for 16 hours,including your sleep then you can have meals within the remaining 8 hours. if you have lunch at school at 2pm the yes you will be fasting from 10pm the night before then break it at 2pm.you have between 2pm-10 pm for your meals.so you can have your 1st meal at 2pm, have your 2nd at 5pmthen have the last one at 9pm-you can change the times so long as 10pm you're fasting

you can also do 2 meals.you can do exercises while fasting coz that's the time that it will burn the stored calories. but listen to your body still and don't overdo with the exercises

I only worked out once, just jogging for 30 minutes. To stop my cravings I just kept drinking a lot of water and kept myself distracted :)

4 pounds in 2 weeks?! Lol what?! You wasted time doing IF. I did a week and lost 15 pounds. You probably didn’t work out, and ate lots of carbs. Look at your body it tells the story. Smh

People’s bodies and approaches are different dude, kind of messed up the way you attacked her. 2 pounds a week is considered healthy, 1 freaking stone in a single week is crazily unhealthy any doctor would say so.
