multiple meals leads to multiple insulin spikes through out the day..burning fat in presence of insulin is harder ..u will end up burning the blood sugar in workout or glycogen not a fat from adipose as a fuel for energy

Only eat when u r hungry Don’t eat before sleep at least 2 hours Wake up and eat according to ur need and at least do 1 hours exercise, anything which makes ur breath faster that’s all

No hate but sardarji thinks he know everything, Gyani app ta vehla aa cuz he is making money in that Nobody is that free in abroad to make 6 meals or train 2 hour, I never did fasting but here in US. trainers which is way more better than aminder are doing and getting results Believe or not but hes getting less clients nowadays cuz everybody is doing fasting in india and got results without paying these so called dietitians

Intermittent fasting can have little affect on muscles if you are a pro bodybuilder. However if you are looking for a healthy lifestyle, intermittent fasting is best. 1. Now one thing sardarji mentioned is that you are being calorie deficit thats why you are losing fat, however think, if you are eating less but eating frequently, your body never goes into fatloss mode, because body is thinking that food is coming. In intermittent fasting, after 6-7 hours body goes into fat burning mode and rest of hours you burn fat as there is no glycogen in muscles and insulin levels are high. 2. Now you know HGH(Human growth hormone) is well known in bodybuilding and growth. When you fast, ( you can check NCBI studies as well ), for 15-16 hours, the levels of HGH, increase significantly, hence promoting muscle building, cell repair, anti-aging, skin repair etc. So although, there is little risk of muscle loss during fast, the benefits are much more than that. 3. Third, everyone knows that Pro bodybuilders are not healthy, their body is less healthy as compared to normal people, they are consuming 6-7 meals, taking steroids etc. Harry Mander is not promoting bodybuilding, he is promoting healthy lifestyle, how you can keep yourself fit, he is not telling anyone that you will become pro bodybuilder. So stop saying that it affects muscle loss and everything without proper knowledge. Intermittent fasting is a deep topic, don't just surround itself around bodybuilding, rather than keep yourself better by taking benefits from it. 4. And one last thing, which I myself found very bad,( i don't know what your intention was), you are saying some people are making business from intermittent fasting ( 5:55)(targeting harry mander and pinka jarg) Tusi normally v gall kr skde si.
