Hi Andrey! I trully appreciate your videos: always straight to the point and very useful. I recall one of your videos, where you showed the chocolate you are eating. I don't think, that all types of chcoclate are "insuline-friendly"., that is why I would like to ask if you mind sharing some good brands of chocolate for this matter? I live in NYC. Hopefully, we have those.

Alex, thank you! Give me some time to do research on chocolate, and I'll get back to you. In the meantime, if you have specific chocolate brands for me to test, please let me know. We can choose two extremes - one basic or okay, and one super healthy option.
