ഞാൻ 102 kg ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു... സൈക്കാര്ടിസ്റ് ഗുളിക കഴിക്കുന്നദ് കൊണ്ട്.. തടി കൂടി..ഞാൻ ഒരു വർഷം ആയിട്ട് ഡിന്നർ കഴിച്ചാൽ രാവിലെ ഫുഡ്ഡ് 13 മണിക്കൂർ കഴിന്നിട്ടാണ് ഫുഡ് kayikkal...എനിക്ക് interminett ഫാസ്റ്റിംഗ് നെ പറ്റിയൊന്നും അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു.. ഞാൻ തന്നെ വെറുതെ ഒരാഴ്ച ചെയ്ടപ്പോൾ വൈറ്റ് കുറയുന്നദ് കണ്ടു.. ചെയ്‌താടാണ്.. ഇപ്പോൾ 22 kg കുറന്നു... 80 kg ആയി.. ഞാൻ ഒരാഴ്ച ആയിട്ടുള്ളൂ.. Egg ഡയറ്റിനെ പറ്റിയും.. ഇങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള ഡയറ്റിനെ പറ്റിയും അറിയുന്നാട്.. പിന്നെ എനിക്ക് 7 വർഷം ആയിട്ട് ഷുഗർ ഉണ്ട്.. മൂന്നു വർഷം ആയിട്ട് തൈറോയിഡ് ഉണ്ട്.. ഇതിന്റെ ഒക്കെ മെഡിസിന്ന് കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.. ഇപ്പോൾ 5 മാസം ആയിട്ട് ജ്യൂസ്‌ ഒഴിവാക്കി മദരം ഇറ്റിറ്റുയുലാഡ്... ചായയും ഒഴിവാക്കി ഒരു മാസം ആയി... മൈദായും ഒഴിവാക്കി.. ഒരുമാസം ആയി... എനിക്ക് egg ഡയറ്റ് എടുക്കണം എന്നുണ്ട്... എനിക്ക് egg ഡയറ്റ് എടുക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ dr..? മറുപടി അയക്കണേ പ്ലീസ് 😊

Hi Binshin, well explained... Just a query.. The diet you mentioned 50:40:10 is aligned somewhat to Paleo... Is your suggestion to follow both Paleo and intermittent fasting together?
