I found that spent AAA batteries are exceptionally good at creating the 'starry night' effect with those 'rice grain' LED chain that are usually put in bottles. Nice effect on little dioramas (model train background, Christmas scenes...). It's amazing how little current is needed to make the beads look like stars in the dark.

I could use it to measure the esr of the power supply capacitors of an amplifier, even with the amp on, as long as the voltage is below 100V. Nice little device by fnirsi again.

It seems accurate enough. Would be good for checking contact resistance on switches and relays

I own one of these and find it a pity that there is no indication in the manual of what can/should be expected for the internal resistance of good/bad internal resistances of various battery types.

Sorry to disappoint you, I'll get back to my colleagues about this. I hope we can do better.

For the life of me, I cannot fathom how they come up with these company names. Kind of a shame if they put out decent gear, because these silly names are a bit off-putting.

literally with random generator. it's the result of amazon's requirement for their brand name registry. it's hard to get international trademark on actual words/names in any language so a lot of the chinese makers just use random generator to make up names that can be trademarked.
