Don't remember going to this show but, these guys, Revelation and Asylum were who I cut my Doom-teeth on back then, they were local for me and I spent much of my teens and early 20's going to many of their shows since they all shared many stages together throughout the mid/late 80's, 90's and they IV and Asylum (AKA-Unorthodox) still do shows from time to time. Great memories! If you haven't ever seen either live, it's not something to miss out on if you can at all help it. Thanks for posting this, that's a really nice surprise for me that someone taped them in 1989! Internal Void is trully awesome band - their sound is unique. Maybe Wretched, Unorthdox and Penance are a bit simmilar but there's something "punkish" in IV's doom. Too bad they haven't released anything for seven years. I wonder what's their status anyway - the play some gigs in the USA but no sign of new album on horizon :-(

And their demos should see a proper release! I had a chance to hear only a part of "Voyage" and it's incredible, definetly would like to hear the rest of the songs from the band's early days.
