58:00 League has the answer there; there’s the game between the NRL and Super League champs every year. They benefit from a common season in both hemispheres. A one-off game between the super rugby and champions cup winners would be fun, but I can’t see where it would fit in, or who would pay for it.

Yup because in NZ and Australia pretty much all of our rugby is at night 7.05pm or 7.30pm kickoff. Up in the NH you guys play in the afternoon which is awful timing for us down south to watch

You cannot qualify to play for Ireland because you were born in Ireland if you since left and have no parental connection or your parents aren’t citizens. You’re not entitled to birthright citizenship in Ireland. However, you are entitled to citizenship based on your parents birth in Ireland.

Yeah maybe not citizenship but interestingly you can qualify for rugby. Any place you're born, you're eligible to play for by World Rugby's criteria
