My company took delivery of Internationals two weeks ago. I’m now looking for a new driving job. I’m 6’ 1”, not exactly a giant but there is so little room in the cab I now get back ache every day. How could a truck manufacturer do this and drive me out of a job I love?!

Total B.S. we went to the International trucks a couple years ago & our drivers say the room is the biggest improvement. Take your hating elsewhere

@@triptriplett4285 I can’t vouch for your drivers but compared to the Freightliners we had there is significantly reduced driver room. It’s crazy, our day cabs have two feet extra between cab and trailer as I’m guessing cheap Internationals use the same chassis for sleepers. Yet they couldn’t find 2in in the cab, crazy Also, what’s the idea of only having engine brake come on when you engage the foot brake?! OMG, who designs these things?

@@keithbertschin1213 As for the engine brake, that's a programming feature & needs to simply be turned off all the manufactures have that feature. Your right about Freightliner IMO, they are roomy, however if you compare to a long nose Pete or Kenworth where we came from then the LT is a lot roomier. As for day cab's I wouldn't know we don't have any, you may be right. Freightliner I feel produces a great product & are significantly more expensive than LT.
