Amit ji, Federal bank scapia credit card is the best option to use internationally. This card is LTF with ZERO markup fee. Unlimited domestic Airport lounge access with just 5000 spend in previous statement. Approval rate is very high. Plus 3 months no cost emi for travel related spends within app promised soon. Despite my request you never made a video on this card. Probably because it's not offering any referal advantage.

Is you have not activated international transactions or you don’t want to activate international transactions on your card due to safety reasons, you can choose INR payments. It will be considered as domestic transaction and You card will work with your PIN
