I don't know which card you are talking about. but with the Niyo credit card, you have the option to top up the card and increase the card limit immediately.

Now the Niyo credit card is not the best option because the top-up feature was disabled. You can go with a Niyo DCB/Equitas bank debit card or a Scapia credit card.

I feel there is some catch with Niyo. Why would people use Niyo SBM credit card since it is primarily like a recharge card only and have to manage FD. Instead Niyo Equitas debit card can be used. Anyways, people who go outside will expense more than 5k, so doing recharge and all, its rather better go for debit card from Niyo

Got Scapia card in November 2023 with a limit of 5 lakh, for my foreign travel in Feb 2024. They reduced the credit limit to 20,000 saying that I didn’t utilise the credit and due to infrequent usage in this while. This is nothing but fraud. Pls don’t suggest this card.
