I have been doing Habuild Yoga classes for the past 258 days.. The strength build up in my legs and knees is "Magical". Previously I used to feel so weak in my legs that the fear of falling had taken me over. But now the strength in the legs, knees,toes,feet is remarkable and I can vouch for this anywhere!! Saurabh is the best teacher I have come across. I am 51 years old but feel 10 years younger because of the strength in my legs.

Yes you are absolutely right 👍😊 saurabh ji🙏 Yoga se mind fresh and happy rehta h. Aapko mentally strength milti h. Mai ek example hu iska Mere sever arthritis hai. Knee pain n all. One year se exercises kar rahi hu or mera weight bhi kafi reduce hua h. About 22 kg. Yes mujhe 1 year pehle believe nahi tha ki mai ye kar sakti hu but now i am very proud of myself that i hv done. So when i can do anyone can😊 Obviously weight kam hone se knees mein kafi aaram h. Ab exercise mere life ka ek part h. Kafi log inspire hue mujhse. I feel very proud and happy 😊😊 so friends please yoga kijiye Mai aapke world record program ki ek choti si student hu. Thank you so much Saurabh ji god bless you ❤
