Hamza was undeniably one of the most influential figures in the KZbin self-improvement community, so much so that he managed to manipulate his core audience into seeing him as a cult leader to be emulated without question.

@@OhJesting From ChatGPT His story serves as a cautionary tale in several ways: Pride and recklessness: Despite warnings, Adonis insisted on hunting dangerous animals, leading to his death by a wild boar. Fleeting beauty: His tale highlights the transient nature of physical beauty and youth. Consequences of divine jealousy: Some versions attribute his death to the jealousy of other gods, warning against incurring divine wrath. Adonis wasn't particularly known for strong positive core values. His character in myths primarily emphasizes his physical beauty and his role as a love object for goddesses. The cautionary aspects of his story stem more from his actions and fate rather than from any moral strengths he possessed.

As someone whose been in the combat sport scene for over a decade, I think I can take a pretty solid guess at why he quit fighting so fast. He's fairly young and jacked, he probably thought it would be easy for him. It's not uncommon for weightlifters to go into combat sports thinking "I'll win based on my years of strength training", and then they get knocked around by a teenager or choked out by a woman and they realize it's a totally different skill that takes years to develop. Someone with a huge ego like Hamza would feel emasculated and quit before really starting. Even if you start training in your 20s, there will always be some dude that started as a young kid with muscle memory and reflexes that you simply won't develop as well as an adult . You can fight at any age, but if you want to be a high level fighter you need to train before you're fully developed

But I went in KNOWING I was gonna get humbled and they meant close to nothing against people who know what they’re doing. Obviously not doing it to be elite since I started late and that time has passed, but would just be cool to know some martial arts/ mma and have that skill set to any degree while my body is in its prime still. Mfs that think you have to grind 24 hours a day and not give yourself ANY leisure time are the people brainwashed into thinking work weeks should be 60 hours by default. The same people that think you're ruining your life by celebrating your small successes by saying things like "the time you spent celebrating could've been used to get another small success". Like it is important to be disciplined, to have goals, and to have structure in your life, but we are HUMANS, we aren't robots, expecting a human to only focus on grinding 24/7 without any hobbies/ down time is basically setting someone up to crash/ have a mental breakdown.
@Diivoniis
@Diivoniis 8 күн бұрын
One of the reasons that the mental health of young men has been dropping so drastically. Everyone is obsessed with becoming a 13 year old millionaire, everyone is trying to own a business by 15 without realizing that statistically, less than 1% of people will ever be millionaires or own a successful business. That doesn't mean you should've grind hard and work towards those goals if thats what you want, but these influencers are making it seem like if you don't make it by a certain age then you're fried, or that having all that money will automatically solve all your problems. You should work hard to live comfortable, but you shouldn't be OBSESSED with it. You can play a video game or watch an anime and still be a productive human being I PROMISE LMAOO. . EDIT: Also, he acts like if one person is successful, that automatically means that they are taking customers or potential earnings from someone else, and while to a degree thats true, there are SO MANY people on this planet that you would literally have to be making the same product/ offer the same service in the exact same manner to actually take someones bread from them. Like I'm a 3D Artist, what Hamza does DOES NOT affect my progress lmao. These influencers have such a narrow perspective that they think there's only one market and everyone is fighting over the same profits. If he really wants to help people he should be teaching them about the Blue Ocean Strategy.

Exactly! Breaks are incredibly important for people to give out brain a nap so that we can come back to doing our work with a fresh mind! There's a reason why Saturday and Sunday's are normally used for breaks and sleep in days! @@Diivoniis "some random buff man who does better than you will be screwing your future wife if you play a video game or relax for a few hours!! real!!" Statistically, it's stupid. There's over 8 billion people in this world. It's such a stupid idea to think that. It's such a delusional schizo worry and it's only real in fantasy. It's not the 20th century anymore, majority of people take things way slower nowadays and get married and do that stuff at a later age, you are not missing out. There's a difference if you waste all of your life playing video games and don't take care of yourself. If you're a normal person who has a life, has work to do, takes care of yourself and generally has an actual schedule, spending a few hours or more playing video games or relaxing won't hurt you statistically. Forcing yourself to do stuff constantly and never letting yourself comfortable will be worse for you and actually hinder your life worse in the long run. What many self-help audiences fail to understand is that striving to become the most efficient and productive version of YOURSELF is essential. Don't work harder to fit someone else's perfect image--whether it's a man or woman--but focus on yourself. The words of figures like Hamza, Andrew Tate, and others hold little value when coming from a subjective perspective. You are fully capable of enjoying simple pleasures like consuming media--whether it's anime, cartoons, TV shows, movies, or games. These activities don't hinder your personal growth if done in moderation and don't take over your life in an unhealthy way. Live to satisfy yourself, not others. Ignore the manipulation and deception that these so-called "influencers" use, and focus on objective self-improvement, rather than chasing subjective notions of "perfection."

He lacked the exact thing he claimed he could provide for his even younger audience. I don't think he was being disingenuous with his "teaching". I think he genuinely believed it. But over time he realised it didn't make him less insecure and didn't make him happier. So he decided to switch but quickly realised how cushy his youtube life was, relative to pretty much everything else out there. So he ran back to youtube and that's when he started unravelling. He seems to have some sort of mid life crisis where he doesn't actually know what he wants and have no useful skills in life. The break up and the russian girl date are just so typical.

Anyone who thinks you need to grind 24/7 without breaks is a fool. Especially if the work is mentally taxing, because it's important to unwind and relax so the issues you're dealing with have time to move around your unfocused defuse state. That's where the most important neural connections are built. When you're not focused on the task at hand, your brain still works on it in the background, and slowly reinforcing these neural connections, and in return, accelerate the rate of which you learn skills. Anyone who tells you that you should grind without consistent breaks or avoid any kind of entertainment (such as games or tv) is lying to you.

That’s too bad ,his new stuff is kinda cool. As a fellow weeb, make sure you have restraint and try not isolate yourself . Maybe stay off TikTok too.

I'm also an anime lover and while I heard of Hamza, I never liked his content (much like every other red pilled content creator)

I find it interesting how people fall so far from grace with the slightest touch of fame, money, power, or success. Hamza clearly forgot the 'humility' aspect of the character he wished for others to emulate. Quite ironic.
