Before Bloodforge became what it is now, back in season 3 it was 40 power, 20% lifesteal with the same weird passive of giving power and lifesteal for landing basics

No Qin's change here? It used to do damage based on missing HP instead of max. That was a pretty big change, and came around the time when HiRez seemed to hate warriors. It was intended to be an assassin item, but people were building it on warriors, so HiRez had to take their ball and go home.

Heartseeker in season 3 gave 20 power and 10% mov speed. Stacked 10 power per kill up to 10 times but you lost half on a death. so 120 pow and 10% mov if you played well but shit if you died.

There was also a season 3 runic shield that had the damage reduction aura on top of 15% attack speed reduction, this was mainly used against mage adcs like chronos/sol/freya.

Ancile used to stack magical defense per minion and then worked as a physical bancrofts. Also old celestial legion helm that worked as a hou yi passive and would block one crit. Then you had spectral which when hit by CC would get a mini phantom effect then worked as a 50% less lifesteal.

I remember that iteration of doom orb where you had to get god kills to stack it being somewhat powerful. It wasn't something that was a must have but it was a lot of power, not super expensive, and if you were ahead not the most risky

Wasn't there a heartseeker passive change where after 4 basics, you'd gain additional ability damage? Or maybe it was abilities? It was a physical soul gem essentially.

For heartseaker before its current form im pretty sure you could use the passive on anything instead of only gods.

in S2 heartseeker gave 2 stacks for a kill 1 for assists up to 10 stacks and 1/2 if you died, i dont remember the numbers

and what with hastened fatalis and golden bow (now hastened katana and golden blade) fatalis had crit chance and it could be builded in a hunter golden blade had crit chance too, also could be built on a hunter, and gave 40 power + 25% atk speed. Hunters items were broken back in the day... ...wait, what? asi, exe, quin sais, transcendence, rage and devourers?

Old ethereal staff made zhong Kui a monster, would build warlocks, gem is iso, and hide of the urchin(used to give 350 health and mana if I remember right) with old rod of Tahuti and have 3500 health, protections + zhong passive and a TON of power. I miss season 3 lol

Yeah t'was very good on Zhong back in the day, it ended up giving something like 140-150 power with Warlocks and Urchin.
