By far the best live version of 'interstate love song' on youtube. Scott's voice sounds incredible here.

He robbed himself of his voice and passion!! I Loved Scott and the STP Men as much as anyone, but it was and remain a choice HE MADE!! yeah people around him could've helped more but still.it was his freewill,he did it,not them!! Love STP into the next century!!

It’s not as simple as saying, oh! He decided to do it one day and he fucked himself. So many other factors like loneliness, depression, and bad influences matter. Yes he made the choice. But anyways let’s focus on the greatness he left behind. Love you STP

Iam so sorry for scott and his troubled life with drugs and stuff but i guess people should not be too hard on him because he "chose" to be junkie. It is not something you are consciously choose but those are weird patterns wired in your brain you can overcome, if you try hard and go highs and lows to get away. But it can be the work for the lifetime.

From the jump, STP, with Weiland’s incredibly smooth but powerful vocals & genuine superstar frontman charisma, was THE for real superstar breakout rock band of the 90s - until the bizarre events with Weiland that ended up with Weiland 2.0 who was unrecognizable, & no, it was not simply ‘dope.’ I will forever wonder what the hell happened to Scott Weiland OG.
