okay , matt, there is a problem with this demo. that cable end is a micro usb and the new sony a6700 does not have that port. it uses a usb c. so now how would i use a intervalometer.

The timelapse app is no longer available for a7ii, so this is a great solution. But, can you lock the button when in bulb mode? If you are doing say a 2 minutes exposure, do you have to maintain the button pressed the whole time? Or is there a way to lock it? Thanks!

It uses Micro USB plug, not compartible with USB-C port like in Sony A7C.

Hi. When you are using this device's intervalometer function and the camera is in autofocus mode will it refocus before each shot or it will focus just once before the whole interval shooting and will use that focus point throughout the whole process? Thanks

I would recommend using manual focusing anyways.

Thanks for the informative video... unfortunately the connector cable that came with my Aodelan WTR-2 is a phono to micro-b, not a phono to USB-c plug. I'm trying to connect it to my a6700 which has a USB-c connector. Wondering if anyone else has this problem... Update: ordered a replacement cable from Amazon, a USB-c to phono plug, assuming the phono plug was a standard size. The connector cable came today and the USB-c side fit perfectly but the phono plug was a 3.5mm which did not fit the 2.5mm phono plug on the Aodelan units!!! Now I need to get a 2.5mm phono to USB-c cable. Never EVER assume - always measure.

Excellent video. My Canon EOS R can take 7 bracketed shots in AEB mode. All I want to have the Aodelan do is, every 10 seconds, tell the camera to fire the shutter using the camera's settings, NOT the bracketed or exposure settings in the WTR-2. I cannot seem to find how to do this. If I mash and hold down the button on the WTR-2 transmitter, this is exactly what it does. Anyone? Thanks.
