I'm on fast right now. Before I always tried to fast but I was at a serious overtrained state. So I was dealing with depression, anxiety, muscle and joint pains all over the place. Etc etc. Then I stopped working out completely forty four days ago. Then I tried fasting again just a few days ago. I thought I was gonna be tried and cranky with no energy. Turns out it was just the opposite. Happy, lots of energy, and only tired at night like I'm supposed to be. So far so good.

Thoroughly enjoyed this conversation. You could tell that they have a fasting lifestyle, looking fit, calm, genuine and well spoken. In today’s world, people are addicted to so many things, nicotine, booze, junk food, work, shopping, porn, video games... just to get a quick high to mask real life problems, and when that high wears off, they’d feel so hollow and lonely until they reach out to the hook again... but what if we let people get addicted to fasting? That’s quite the HIGH experience if you ask me. I’ve never done anything too long yet, just experimented with a 24hour dry fast and 22/2 IF for a week now, but all the benefits they mentioned were soo true and they all happened to me very quickly. Despite the weight loss, the most amazing surprises would be the mental clarity, the calmness, the self reassurance and a feeling of liberation, from foods, from having to cook foods, from having to deal with how my body feels after eating foods, plus I have more time on my hands to tend to family and friends... and a very profound feeling of pure joy, like nothing can touch that joy I was feeling, very spiritual experience and HIGH like lol and this HIGH isn’t doing anything bad to you, it’s rather healing you and making you healthier ... wouldn’t you say this is almost like a cheat to time? But of course the big pharmas won’t endorse fasting cuz then nobody needs to pay them a dime buying their addictive products. Maybe that’s why we see so many dishonest and misleading infos out there about fasting, they just don’t want us to escape from their hooks, they feed and count on us being hooked.

A healthy and educated population does not satisfy the greed for profits and power of a handful of Bankers, shareholders etc. A healthy and educated population is in fact endangering our filthy and corrupt power structures. Obese, sick, - mis - and uninformed people are big business and everything is done to keep it that way. I started fasting almost 6 years ago (24 hours on and off). It has transformed my life in many ways. Not only has it vastly improved my physical quality of life, it also gave me a much better understanding of life in general. I could not possibly imagine to go back to my old ways. I am 70 years old and don't need any medication, eat less because natural stomach shrinkage does not allow me to overeat and do regular exercise (my type of medication). I enjoyed this video because it also touched the 'political' aspect of health and its nasty intentions of 'big business'. We can improve our lives a great deal with a bit of self discipline and persistence.

On the third day I was no longer hungry, I did it with no help from a family practitioner, over the years I have done to 21-day water fasts, just recently I researched Dry fasts no food or water. I did three 72-hour dry fasts . What I did the 36 day water fast in 2004 I purchased a paperback book called fasting and eating for health, one testimonial in the book the regular health system sent a gentleman home told him to make a will triple bypass will not save your life yet a 21-day water fast did? A few weeks ago I did a 4 day dry fast and on the fourth day I experienced something truly unbelievable I have had tinnitus for over 45 years at noon on the fourth day the ringing was gonethe one I broke the fast I believe I ate something with sugar and the ringing came my goal is to do seven days dry fast they say that one day dry fast equals 3 Day Water GOOGLE IT? This is because the recommendation differs from person to person (according to indication, personal status, goals, time...). Periodic fasting in our clinic (and you should not do longer fasts without seeing a doctor) is at least 10 days (including a day with light food in the beginning and the super important phase of food re-introduction at the end). But there are also patients who fast much longer in our clinic. For the daily (intermittent) fasting, please check the Q&A videos in the Corona Resilience playlist where it’s all explained.

If it helps to get started, even intermittent fasting is great, the trick is to train your mind. Dry fasting is hard, we eat as a ritual and drinking salty water* instead of lunch(e.g.) makes a big difference when all you want to do is quit and indulge. *(1 tbs sea salt (sodium) + 1 tbs cream of tartar (potassium) + 1 lt water)

@@rssr5742 If you are not in ketosis and not prepared for a longer fast of 3-7 days, many episodes will happen as our body is still not used to switching to burn fats! So bad till i could not sleep so i just broke my fast🤣🤣🤣 So i just ate green leafty vegetables, cabbage, brocolli, celery and whole meat, poultry, seafood for a while and avoiding carbo n sweet(as much as possible) When you are on 2 meals a day n does not feel hungry at mealtime, then most probably your body is good at switching from burning sugars n fats. Then you try your longer fast again. It will be smooth sailing...just remember to get your sodium, potassium n magnesium. Good luck on your next try. Oh ya, when you are fasting, when our body had emptied all stored sugar in our liver and still not used to burning fats, you may suffer from low sugars symptoms🙃 shivering hands n feeling weak all over😉 and heart jumping out from our body😅 Just my own experience though

@@rssr5742 And if you are fasting for health reasons, can make it easier by having bone broth. It will be more easy to fast and after the 3rd day then you go on water fast! 😉 You will feel ok after the 3rd day, full of energy n sleep shorter hours. My eyesight improved after my 7 day fast😁

You have to fast every day for 30 days from sunrise to sunset no food no drinks .. if you can't do for one month then do every Monday and Thursday two days in week. Your life will be changed mentally and physically

Hello and thanks for your comment. We practice Buchinger Fasting in our clinics. On top we recommend fasting with the guidance of a doctor who can provide recommendations based on the needs of every individual person.

Hi. Since you have already done fast, please don't mix anything in water. Our bodies have everything inside it. Only clean warm water morning to evening. Also don't have RO (reverse osmosis) water as it will cause negative effects.

Try listening to it again, it may be enough to get used to the accent :)

She has been fasting since her teens and to be totally honest if appearance is a measure of her well being I would say that she is very average for her years. I know of people considerably older who look at least as good just by living and eating sensibly.

She looks amazing, she has this amazing countenance, beautiful smile, her voice is so serene, so calm, composed, clarity of thoughts. I'm wondering, what made you say what you said?
