May of 2019, I was thrown a curve ball that I had no idea was coming and ended up in a level of hell I had no idea existed. On top of it, I had a very similar situation as hers while working for Disney no less. To say the least, I have been living penny to penny for the past two years, mostly because of this damned virus, but I have been trying to figure out a way and someone mentioned this to me. As I started looking into it and really digging into the idea of it all, one of her videos came up and I was hooked. I am still in the process of doing some extra Shipt shopping to save up enough so I can start this process myself (saving up for the LSS package and all the other up front expenses) but I soooo cannot wait to do this for myself.

I have a question? I have sold and purchased a few properties, I have never had a loan signing agent assist. I received documentation for the sell/ purchase forwarded to me through email via E-sign. Why was I not offered a mobile loan signing agent?

Hi! Great question! E-signings that can be done remotely do not entirely apply to loan signing agents. They are mainly enacted for notary publics who provide general notary services - which are completely different from the service provided by a loan signing agent.
