I cried at the beginning of the interview when you talked about wanting to take care of your parents and I wanted to take care of my mom as well before she passed away because of the sacrifices she made for my sister and I but I wasn’t able to pay it forward to her. Even though she is not here with me in the physical form she is definitely with me in the spirit form rooting me on to create generational wealth for myself and family. I started the course from the beginning because it had been a while since I went over it and I just got my notary certification this week and this was mentioned as one of the benefits of going direct- you won’t have to print out documents.

I don't see Sheila as cocky; I see her as someone who has been THROUGH it and has come a long way and she's now "fireproof" as a result of her LSA experience and her faith. She now has power over her negative emotions, which can sometimes rule us if we don't comprehend WHOSE we are. I’m an only child & i have always prided myself for my good work ethic. I must say i am so impressed by all the island folks i have met….they work so hard! My partner at work is Haitian & he has taught me well for the job. I am considering this course as i will be retiring in the next 3-5 years……side gigs never hurt! I am in NYC too. I am still deep into my full-time job, but I know other people in NYC and upstate NY doing this work part-time and full-time who are doing very well. Most of their signings involve property outside NY. Buyers reside in NY, but the property is another state. Others get signings with an attorney from the attorney state on the phone. It's possible....go for it!!

@@jocelynhenriquez1490 I get what you mean. Virginia must have great rates for signings. There are some states where there is no way to make that much part time because rates are much lower. Not every state has the same rates even with direct signings.

With a full-time job, I also work during tax season after work and weekends so I’ll try to figure out how to handle all that workload. Otherwise, I’ll have to try after tax season is over even if the fees are not too high. It won’t hurt to give it a try ☺️

I have watch almost every interview and all of them inspired me and got me excited this one hit me in such a different way I’ve watch this one 5 times and each time I’m in tears because I can relate on such a deep level when she talks about her depression and self doubt and feeling the constant pressure to be better but the fear of not getting there. I’ve been going back and forth for 6 months trying to decide if I should do this if I can be successful in the area I’m in because people keep saying it over saturated, if I’m smart enough if I’m wrong for not enjoying the business that I have currently, all these fears/thoughts but it doesn’t matter what matters if I don’t try I’ll always wonder. 2 feet and faith thank you for this inspiring interview.
