From experiencing narcissists for more than 20 years, I think it's a big mistake telling narcissists how what they did, made you feel. They now know how to hurt you more because they have no empathy. Great advice about grey rock method. The good thing about this experience is that it teaches you to manage your own emotions especially when someone's purposely triggering you non-stop.
