Awesome video Chycho, it's always a pleasure and interesting. I'm currently majoring Astrophysics for my undergrad and have found the maths and physics courses challenging but satisfying. I'm curious as to what maths courses you took to satisfy your minor if you still remember. Like you I have the calling of mathematics in my veins and I may not initially understand it but given time I try to preserve, as I just enjoy the concepts to much to concede. Sounds like you had a similar time in your 3rd term with 5 maths courses, I'd oblige by saying that's at least a time in the field and half. Well done! I especially love stories, and you are always an excellent story teller. I loved how real your were with your interviewer, I definitely think he gravitated towards that given the unique circumstances, without a second thought -- check the batteries! The connections, maybe? Much love ^^.

Hi Tau, lots of love right back from the West Coast of Canada :) I loved and still do love astronomy. If I had had the time back in school I wish I could have taken more courses related to the stars and the universe. It was the only field that I found that you could let your imagination run wild. As for the math courses, for the minor I only had to take second year and a couple of third year courses, so I ended up taking some stats and Applied math - these were insanely hard - if I remember correctly they were solving systems of differential equations, modeling and solving real life situations using differential equations... if I recall correctly that is. I couldn't do any of that math now.

Love the videos man, could you do some videos in the future on calculus in economics? Im an econ student at university and theres no videos on econometrics, or macro and micro econ that are ASMR :)

Good timing. I'm actually editing a triple set of videos for ASMR Math that are about economics. It's not calculus yet, just some basic concepts but it's a start and I will be building a lot more in the future.

There's a youtuber who predicts tectonic movements all over the planet, you should check him. He predicted the recent earthquakes on Italy based on pressure transfer and depth related to the south west pacific (no subduction whatsoever). Dutchsince channel.

Me too. I'm about 5 videos out until I get to the comic books, so we're close. For sure there will be at least one this month and than after that we're diving in full blown. We have 32 reads to do... nice :)

One interview question I've always liked (it's not a trick question at all, but to see how someone thinks through a problem) is; how would you make a cup of coffee in space. :-)
