@Velda Ramsey what like as one of many examples, when he stares dead eye into the camera you telling me he is not trying to be like Lennon??? Hahaha. Alex is at his best when he isn't trying to be like Lennon or Bowie. Although I admit when he does he carries it off fairly well. I appreciated his many Bowie and Roxy music posturings in Tranquility Base album and I think that album is great but it's mainly ripped from Bowie nonetheless. I don't think he would be ashamed to admit it. He is following the footsteps of his heroes but you can only look like a mere imitator if you go too far. Alex has alot of talent and I don't think he has even hit his peak yet. I think however this is just a phase he is going through and he'll soon tire of the slight pretense and we'll see Alex again in all his modest originality and glory.
